Responsibilities:

• Receive books from transit; check-in the LIS Software.

• Operate library equipment such as fax, photocopy, scanner, printer, shredding machine, multi-media, musical instruments.

• Responsible for library opening and closing procedures using automatic security system.

• Handle cash box of the library and report to the City administration with accounting details in figure.

• Prepare library statistics, verify with the Library Manager and send to the main City Library for preparing annual library report.

• Provide library orientation to new library members, community groups, refugees and newly migrant and immigrant communities of the City.

• Coordinate with Library Security Officers if the library patrons are not maintaining library norms as specified by the management, and
