Business Intelligence projects – managed a series of Commission Systems projects to update Commission DW/DM and reporting functionality based on Oracle/Informatica/ETL/Control-M/Cognos/Tableu.
Repair Web Portal – launched the portal that provided clients with end-to-end visibility on the status of their repair orders to improve client experience and drive efficient issue resolution by TELUS if required.
Industry Device Blacklisting project – helped TELUS to implement industry-wide initiative to assist law enforcement agencies to combat the theft of wireless devices by introducing and maintaining a national blacklist of wireless devices that have been reported as lost or stolen.
Digital Signature project – delivered the application in 4-month aggressive timeline, that makes digital contract signing and delivery easy by converting traditional, static documents into mobile Web-based, interactive, smart interfaces, simplifying and speeding up the sales process.
Contactless Payments project – executed the project that made all TELUS stores compliant with mandatory regulation requirement to have all POS able to accept Contactless payments by EOY 2015.
Channel Portal Security project – delivered industry-wide standard solution OpenAM for Portal Single-Sign-On, two-factor authentication for critical Sales Rep activities, Argus solution for logging all critical Sales Rep transactions into Hadoop framework, Splunk/Hunk analysis to prevent fraudulent activities.
