RESPONSIBILITIES – Management
Supporting the Tender / Projects Management team in the project bid stage and planning process
Responsible for setup to execution demand planning, prelims cost and sales forecasting and reporting
Responsible person from Contractor to Client and subcontractors in regards of the topics tender / quality management, site inspections, technical verifications and site coordination’s etc.
Contact person for site management in terms of quality assurance as well as final documentation, Organization and execution of project focused internal trainings, audit, etc. for individual division and etc. for individual divisions and sub contractors. Control of implementation and process confirm application of internal and external specifications in regards to quality assurance and documentation by project members (individual division and subcontractors) and regular update incl. schedule monitoring.
Preparation of all site relevant documents and forms in coordination with site management. Responsible for project IT/EDP and data storage using the project platform DHS. Monitoring of all SCC relevant documents and processes concerning sub-contractor and own personnel. Responsible for complete traceability of all material used in coordination with warehouse management. Preparation of the inspection plan in coordination with site management.
Timely preparation and provision of forms, protocols, inspection plans etc. to assure complete documentation of conformity with the quality assurance specification according to contract.
Completion of all contractually agreed final documentation for each building following completion according to contract requirements preparation of final documentation. Collection and claim of all required QM documents over several departments (site management, HSE, Controlling) and completion of documents in to final documentation, storage of documentation / final documentation.
Preparation and scheduling of the inspection plan for Client. Participation in QM meeting. Support of the preparation, participation and documentation of inspection reports and status report as well as final acceptances. Process audits and change management including permanent update of the A3 planning file.
Organization and execution of project based internal training courses, Controlling NCR & CAR, Preparations and submission of Repair plans, Method statements, work procedures etc..
Document & Data administrating experienced in Vicidoc /Think project/ DHS platform software systems is a suite of powerful electronic Document Management System products with rich features for archiving, managing, indexing and retrieving documents.
