*I worked a niche of Real Estate that handled International investors primarily from the United Kingdom. These investors purchase properties in distress and rent them out to local families. I managed their portfolios and assisted clients purchase over 40 Million dollars of local real estate. Responsibilities included overseeing client’s funds for purchasing, and overseeing rehabilitation of each property.
*Team Leader at Detroit Keller Williams. Responsibility included recruiting, motivating holding office meetings, training and reviewing contracts for over 140 licensed agents.
*As the owner of Palmer Realty Group, I was the Real Estate Broker and then the Franchisee owner of the ReMax Brokerage. I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of licensed sales professionals and independent contractors. Responsible for agent training, agent recruitment, retention, education and team work ethics. As well as the driving force of the company, assisting Agents in their growth and development. * Handling the account receivable, payroll, and state regulated journals and ledgers and escrow accounts for the brokerage using QuickBooks software
*Develop alliances with local residential home builders to assess the needs and types of marketing for luxury condo development. Trained and placed agents in luxury properties to market too public. * Review and prepare all residential and commercial Real Estate documents flowing through office.
*Through the Re/Max franchisee, received comprehensive training in all aspects of managing and operating a successful Real Estate Brokerage. This training included but was not limited to; accounting, hiring and retaining talent, finding and developing talents in individuals,
*Oversee the property management division, managing single and multi-family units. Responsible for screening, interviewing and placing tenants in client’s properties. Also responsible for collecting monthly payments / rents, as well as following up on late payments and evections.
