Involved in the Erection,maintenance, commissioning and co-ordination of instruments and control systems in Power Plant, Desalination Plant, Fuel Oil system, Coal Handling Plant, HVAC & Ash Handling plants from the start till the end.

Effectively involved in the Material storage, Identification of materials, Review of Engineering drawings, Cable schedule preparation, coordinating with EPC contractor in completion of all types of job.

Also worked with Safety team for 3 months for the safety related issues clearing, conducting tool box talks, Safety training programs to avoid accidents in Power plants. Configuring and faults diagnosis of PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU, Analyzers and Control Loops. o DCS : Foxboro DCS, Invensys

Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments ( Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Endress & Hauser, Bently Nevada, Honeywell, Yokogawa) Maintenance and calibration of the control valves ( Pneumatic, Part turn, MOV, NRV ) of Severn Glocon, Fisher, Rotex, Auma matic with smart positioners. Experienced in flow meters configuring (electromagnetic, orifice plate, ultrasonic) of ABB, Rosemount, Krohne, E&H etc.

Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements. Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, instruments list, flow chart Preparation of Standard operating and maintenance procedures during O&M phase. Preparation of BOM, Cable schedule, JB schedules and maintaining spares by procuring in cost-effective manner.

Also worked with Stores department in the effective way of storing and maintaining materials for the erection and commissioning

Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule; ensuring safe and efficient performing of Corrective Maintenance.

To make sure that the C&I equipments are available without any breakdowns by clearing all maintenance related works by coming in shifts.

Leading a team of twenty instrument technicians

Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports. Troubleshooting the totally integrated automation of Schneider software and hardware. Establishing communication & troubleshooting of Media converters & profibus communication between field and the control room; comprising of 2 pair hot/standby controllers and pair of dual redundant servers.

Planning required up gradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimizing.

Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves and part turn actuated valves Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers : Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, SDI, Turbidity, TDS

Maintenance and calibration of flow meters (electromagnetic, orifice plate, variable area, turbine, ultrasonic of ABB, Krohne, Rosemount. Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, ABB).
