Main activities and responsibilities

-Steward, cook assistant, waiter.

-Cleaning and maintenance for promenade decks and mooring decks

-Chipping, painting and repairs done to the mooring installation and rusted surfaces

-Dock and dry dock operations for one and a half months

-Assisting to mooring operations

-Working with Safety Officer, Creating Safety Cards and checking with the Muster List if it`s same, ISM paper work, weekly and monthly Cheklists for Fire Patrols, supervising General Emergency drill`s, Safety equipments for valability.

-Navigational watch, fixing positions, creating Waypoints, chart and publication corrections, with paper chart as primary and 1 ecdis as secondary, checking radars, Ecdis, VHF Reporting Points from Radio Signals Publication, the current from sea either from admiralty total tides either from bridge equipments, required speed to pilot station, targets, lights, fire alarms, noon report, arrival report, dep report, checking errors of Gyro / Magnetic from sun / pier line / moon / stars, checking heeling of the ship adjusting the ballast tanks, checking the flag`s if it`s ok, navigational lights.
