Plant Controller of Pressure acid leaching processes of nickel and cobalt through monitoring, adjusting and executing of equipments and parameters for the efficient operations.

Committing to engage the logic of the system developed by Siemens and looking on the valid execution as its perspective with the design process operation and ensure to fully operate the plant with its operational design.

Develops computer programmes for process plants monitoring and yield prediction. Applies computer simulation models and other advanced techniques to achieve optimum plant performance. Assists computer support unit in working out process control strategies, systems analysis and modifications.

Keeps a keen monitoring of process parameters during the process leaching. (Pressure, temperature, level, density, flow rate etc.) And updating of laboratory results for chemical analysis (Ni, Co, Mg, Al, Fe, Cr etc).

Always escalate the problems and troubles to the immediate supervisor and make necessary actions for the stability of the operations.

Maintain a safe communication in the field during process interventions and Emergency shutdown.

Monitors equipment and systems performance such as pumps, valves, turbines and all kinds of rotating equipment, identifies potential problems and submits recommendations for appropriate actions such as revising operating modes or conditions, recommending chemical dosing from sampling results, rescheduling of required equipment’s shutdown, initiating chemical cleaning, proposing modifications to existing systems and following up to ensure proper execution.
