SCRUM Master - Sarfaraz took the complete ownership of a core mobile Program including multiple projects running simultaneously and worked as the delivery lead of core mobile projects. As a delivery lead, Sarfaraz was responsible for leading a software development team, manages business/client relationships and monitor, update and communicate project timelines, track status, projects scope and milestones to the team, directors and business partners.

Provide technical support, architectural guidance, application performance, incident management and monitoring service SLA’s running in the production.

Work with Enterprise Architects, Application architects and infrastructure team for the system in progress.

He not only led other developers but also had prototype hands on development, converted business requirements into technical designs, code implementation, worked closely with development team and technical architects to solve application performance issues. Created a prototype web application project for both Spring SWF and Spring MVC to identify the technology that can be best suits to the project.

Sarfaraz served as a consultant in the software development life cycle for large clients in the banking and financial service industries. Provided analysis, design and development, worked closely with clients and BA’s to determine and document their requirements and to ensure that requirements were translated into technical architecture and conformed to appropriate standards. Once the application is deployed in the production system, the duties include enhancing the application, supporting, and application maintenance, troubleshooting the defects and fixing any defects found in the application.
