8/10-5/12 Logistics Manager, Burlington Coat Factory, supervising 53 associates overseeing daily operation to include daily meetings, freight flow, stock room organization. Preparing weekly schedules to meet sale trends and meeting customer expectations. Hiring and training of all associates.
9/07-5/10 District Manager, Cato Fashions, Specialty Junior & Women’s Fashions. I lead 10 stores in the metro Richmond. With Comp sales 2008 2.3, 2010 3.8. Shrinkage control 2007 .53, 2008 .38, 2009 .31 and 2010 .28. Company downsized.
6/02-9-07 District Manager, BCBG Max Azria, Max Rave, Specializing in Junior & Women’s Fashions. I lead 11 stores all over the state of Virginia. Sales 2002 6.6, 2003 3.3. Shrinkage control 2002 2.2, 2003 1.4 and best payroll control for 2004 &2005. I had the lowest associate turnover of staff three years in a row. Company was bought and stores were closing.
2/00-6/02 District Manager, Rainbow Shops, Fashions for infants, children’s Jr/Ms, Women’s and shoes. I lead 11 stores in the southern region to include several states. I supervised the Mall of America stores for 6 months. I trained new District Managers, developed operations systems. Sales 2001 13.4. I was recruited by Max Rave.
More experience, I completed manage courses at Ames, Cato, Roses and Consolidated stores. I have worked for a Toy Business as a District Manager four years. I started my career in Big Box at Ames Department Stores as a Store Manager.
