Integration Manager (2016–Present)
Challenge: Propulsys, Inc. was acquired by Danfoss in September 2016. As an experienced M&A individual, I was asked to join the integration team as their Global Integration Manager for HR, IT, Finance, Communications and Rebranding activities in the U. S., Germany and China.
Actions: To ensure swift, accurate integration occurs with minimal loss of time, employee base nor customers in three continents.
Results:
All integration processes are significantly ahead of schedule.
Budgeting completed for the entire project and is progressing under the integration budget.
Propulsys, Inc., Hopkinsville, KY
Global Director of Human Resources (2008–2016)
Challenge: Recruited to create a global HR infrastructure in support of a $100 million global manufacturing company with high turnover, extensive worker’s compensation expenses and lack of cohesive management processes throughout over 1000 global employees with entities in the U.S., Germany and Asia. Completed a major M&A sale along with associated due diligence activities.
Actions: Partnered with the CEO, Executives and management to reorganize company, reduce overhead expenses, worker’s compensation costs and institute solid management infrastructure.
Results:
Established global HR culture, including development of policies and procedures; succession planning and global expatriate programs.
Renegotiated cost-effective benefit programs and wellness initiatives that resulted in over $250,000+ annual cost savings.
Reduced turnover to less than 2%, implementing interviewing, training and management development programs.

Company FCPA Compliance Officer. Responsible for global FCPA compliance.
