CDW Corporation 2001 - 2006

Implemented new customer and vendor EDI documents primarily using ILE RPG and the Trusted Link 400 package (810, 850, 855, 210, 215, 832, 846, 867). Integrated from PeopleSoft 8.0 financials to existing purchasing and EDI systems. Implementations were also performed using Biztalk server, Templar AS2, and Sterling Software GIS 4.x with IBM MQ Series.

DHS Associates 2000 - 2001

Converted from a Unix EDI system to an iSeries EDI system. Adapted all maps and documented file interfaces and data flows. Assisted in development on the PKMS Warehousing system. Builders Group of Companies 1998 - 2000

Directed the MIS group for this wholesale distribution company with 40 branches throughout the United States. Implemented EDI and a Warehouse Management System to the existing Mincron ERP package. Designed and employed a NT/2000 frame relay LAN/WAN with Exchange for 700 users. Implemented a web based B2B order fulfillment system.

Managed the regional office for this software development firm. Maintained and enhanced software for communication between heterogeneous hardware platforms. Provided connectivity software and services for organizations with complex data communications requirements. The products were installed at over 750 sites and included major corporations worldwide. Managed and developed the implementation of the interface of an automated warehouse system using Digital Alpha’s to an AS/400 warehouse and information system in Belgium and Germany for Baxter Healthcare. Managed and developed the design development and implementation of an ERP system for Baxter in Belgium and Germany on an AS/400. Oversaw the implementation of the BPCS AS/400 product on multiple AS/400’s throughout Europe and Asia for Allergan Corporation. Was responsible for the integration of the product into existing modifications of the System/36 BPCS product. Managed both programmer analysts and consultants in the development of the BPCS products. Oversaw the development of BPCS release 4.0 for the System/38 and releases 1.1 and 2.1 for the AS/400. Directed the expansion of the largest Client services enhancement project in the history of the company, which involved 36 sites around the world. Acted as Project Manager for the implementation of a financial and distribution system for Commodore Computers in Switzerland, Hong Kong, and the US.
