•Edited protocol specifications and resolved bugs for the Windows Protocol Documentation Team. This work was under intense scrutiny by the US Department of Justice and the European Union and was deadline driven. Releases happened every six weeks and the team resolved over 1000 bugs per month.
•Edited web content for the Live Mesh and Core Infrastructure Portal, and worked on Threat Modeling white papers and PowerPoint decks for Microsoft.
•Worked with the Partner Program group at Microsoft to update their Microsoft Partner Program Guide and their Guide to Earning a Competency. The Partner Guide was paired down from over 100 pages to 43 pages. Created the project schedule and gathered input from 27 separate content owners. Revised the template for easier readability.
•Project Editor for Microsoft Learning overseeing the production team and budget for developer books. Worked with the author, technical reviewer, editor, and the production team. Oversaw the budget and schedule to ensure that the books went to print on time and within budget. Did the final proofing pass before the books were sent to the printing house.
•Reviewed Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and PowerShell TechNet documentation. Responsible for the template design and layout.
•Reviewed online Help documentation, Software Development Kits, Health Models, and user interface surfaces.
