As a Unit head for coimbatore operations, engaged in the field of Industrial valve components ORBINOX INDIA LTD., TYCO ISMD Chennai & SCHUF INDIA .
Developed exclusive Machine shop for M/s. LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD for its High pressure valve division in Coimbatore and running it successfully till date with all necessary requirements to meet their norms.
Developed valve stems in ACME and TRAPEZOIDAL in WHIRLING including Six start ACME threading up to 2” both OD and ID .
Developed knife gate RS retainer rings for OIPL and only source in INDIA.
Developed own SPM for PTAW and successfully running for hard facing of ST6
Derived WPS and done PQR,WPQ for hard facing of ST6 .13% CR, 316 etc for
A105, F11, F22 F 91 and 316
Handled work force of nearly 30 technical and non technical workers.,
Handled conventional lathes, drilling,milling, CNC turning centers, VMC for machining precision jobs.,
Designed and developed our own fixturings for our items.,
