o Responsibilities

Preparation of Estimates, Quantity takeoff, Comparison of Budget / BOQ qty to Actual site requirements.

Finalization of payment certificate and Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application to Client.

Necessary follow-up with Client for Previous months Payment Certificates and obtaining approved Payment certificates from Client.

Evaluation of Sub-Contractor's monthly Invoices and preparation of Sub-Contract Payment Certificates.

Deliver Original Sub-Contractors Payment Certificates with all necessary substantiation documents duly approved by the Project Manager.

Verification of Purchase Request saved in Build smart System and allocation of necessary Codes as required and managing Project Budget.

Preparation of monthly Cost Reports in conjunction with Project Manager/ Head of QS and Cost Control Manager.

Deliver the signed Cost Reports to Cost Control Dept before the due date.

Issuing notices of Variations/Claim, delay notifications in conjunction with Operations team and planning engineer.
