1.Title: Improvements in plastic pipe manufacturing process.

Description: PVC is a universal polymer which can be processed into a wide variety of short-life or long-life products. Rigid PVC pipes offer various advantages over the conventional steel, cast iron and RC pipes in respect of its considerably low cost, long life due to corrosion resistance, low transport and installation costs etc. but, impurities in the raw materials of plastic pipe creates defects in pipe like holes and dents etc.The project is mainly based on removing impurities from raw material of plastic pipe and making an automatic plastic pipe weight measurement system to minimize material handling and labour cost.
