Preventive Maintenance

*General cleaning of chiller units brand carrier calalily condensing coil back to back by using pressure washer

*Dismantle of condensing motor to change new bearing

*Blower of all electronics p.c. board and all magnetic contactor and breaker

*Check compressor motor oil leak

*Add refrigerant 134a if necessary

*General cleaning of A.H.U. coil back to back and flushing the drainage

Repair defective compressor motor of refrigerator window split type and other commercial units

*Change refrigerator compressor motor

Tools and equipment flaring tools swaging tools flier screw driver acetylene silver rod flux refrigerant 134a vacuum pump gauge manifold clamp tester sun paper soap for leak testing. Dismantle of old defective compressor motor, flushing the system to remove moisture then fixes the new compressor motor by using of acetylene leak testing vacuuming recharging test run and observation.

*Defective burn compressor motor of split type units

Tools and equipment flaring tools swaging tools acetylene nitrogen refrigerant 22 vacuum pump gauge manifold clamp tester silver rod flier allen wrench adjustable wrench sun paper soap for leak testing. Removed old compressor motor, flushing the system by using R-141 to push by nitrogen if the system is very clean now we fixes the new compressor motor using by acetylene and silver rod leak testing if no leak start to vacuuming until the moisture done we start to recharging the refrigerant put standing pressure then start the unit we add refrigerant to full charge and used clamp tester test run and observation.

*We remove crankshaft to bring machine shop to build up if minor problem the crankshaft we used sun paper to alignment the connecting rod

*We clean the compressor housing and filter strainer by using thinner

*We fix the all part of compressor motor like crankshaft piston connecting rod all gasket

*Fixes the cylinder head need used torch wrench

*We add partial suniso oil

*Start testing compressor motor check amperes if good running condition

*We deliver to the units to install test run and observation
