§ Streamlined the entire process of Change Management for the client, reducing the hassle by almost 40% and clearing the audit, the very first time we got the project from the client.

§ Trained 3 subordinates, guiding them along the project and reviewing their performance.

§ Designed and implemented a new form, after identifying information security issues in it.
