Audited paper and EMR Medicare charts at three facilities. Traveled to various doctor’s offices to obtain signed documentation when necessary. I scanned, filed, and faxed documents daily. I answered phones and communicated daily with various doctor’s offices concerning signed documentation. I managed the EMR tracker, docprint screen, and treatment census’ at each facility. I ensured that all documents were signed and in patient’s chart, ready each month for triple check and to be audited at any time by Medicare. I was forced to quit the program due to pregnancy complications. I was then accepted into the Licensed Practical Nursing program in April of 2013. I began the LPN program in August 2013.
