Designed an electronic process form titled the “ID PTE” (Instructional Designer’s Pre-Training Estimate) which mapped the procedures for determining the cost and projecting the ROI of an initiative or project prior to full analysis. The form/process uses a backwards approach by calculating the cost of each contributor involved in the project life cycle, ranging from customer services reps, PMs, IDs, Web Developers, Trainers, etc. It provided as much detail as how much time reps would lose in productivity while in training. +This process netted my organization over $800,000 in the first quarter of its inception via man hours saved.
