Create testing plans, standards and processes to support US email migration to a cloud vs in house platform and remediate 200,000 applications to support new email standard without violating internal policy on cloud safe content.

Guide firm policy, process and implementation of new IaaS service offering to minimize costs and provide a standardized platform for compute, storage and network services via the cloud. Develop cloud based applications on a project basis for clients including websites and line of business workflow applications to support purchasing and HR Functions and various other regulated content and Managed Control Matrix processes utilizing a SAS/Web Services object model focused on compatibility with Windows 8 and Full Cloud hosting through third party suppliers. Some Web Services examples included pulling data from a CRM application where we had written a listener that pushes select data up to a central server in the cloud where full competitive analysis of all inventory resides. This was then fed back to the client interface on i-pads by passing the XML through to the requesting application and making it available instantaneously.

Utilized system clustering to validate recovery assumptions and minimize downtime by staging upgraded infrastructure within the cluster.

The end result was an application which would allow HR and Manufacturing to predict higher run rates with specific team members than with others who were perhaps not as well trained.
