Night Plant Manager

Originally hired 11 years ago as Operations Manager for the juice division. Progressively trained in other facets of the company, taking great pride in my accomplishments, which accelerated my promotion to Night Plant Manager in 2009.

Accountable for operations of Juice Department and Dried Fruit, Support Areas, with a crew of 180-225 hourly and 8-10 salary employees. Hire and train new employees.

Schedule and control production on second shift.

Gradually increase production by working with and training employees with production techniques and HACCP standards.

Operate within budget parameters. Increased production by 50%, reduced rejects from 8-9% level to 4% when I started 2nd shift.
