A single place to go to access all applications, data and information for all your trials a single set of credentials. Comprehensive suite of applications, tools, metrics and reports for all your clinical trial requirements. A single contract, project manager and helpdesk and delivered with robust and reliable infrastructure and support.

SUL/TIN 16 process: Users create a MyClinPhone account then receive envelopes containing TINs to link studies into their account.

An address gateway is used to receive information about the sites and personnel authorized to receive reports. Has allowed users to access multiple RTSM studies with one set of log on criteria.

Single Sign On (SSO): will remove these limitations and make the end user experience of working with any PI application, seamless. MyTrials account is needed to access MyTrials (instead of My CP) Instead of an address gateway, there are 2 separate files which are loaded into Mytrials and RTSM via a batch load process site file and users file (similar to EFAP).

In addition to our usual RTSM usertypes, there will also be eClinical roles. MyTrials password will be used to authenticate all web transactions (i.e. IWRS, Site manager, SAM, etc PIN will only be used in IVRS.

Accounts can no longer be barred – updated rules around account locking Unconditional recipients are loaded via EFAP lite. A piece of SDL is required to put the name of the Principal Investigator in the correct place in the RTSM tables. Reports cannot be tested on redirect
