Mewbourne Oil & Gas

Position –Drilling Consultant

Supervisors – Clyde Hummer 806 -202-1249 Brent Thurman 806-***-****

Duties included: In charge of all well site operations, daily drilling reports, daily costs, material transfers, tallies, including directional drilling, working stuck pipe, running & cementing casing strings, coring, fishing, wire-line, logging & other special operations. Maintain accurate record of tubular and tool demensions internal & external diameter, fishing neck & serial numbers. Make sure IADC daily drilling reports are filled out correct and accurate @ the end of each tour. Hold pre tour safety meeting with Tool-pusher, Driller, Drill crew & Service hands. Compiled well data for Engineering dept for future use & assured that all safety procedures were taken through out the well.

These wells were horizontal Wells, Granite Wash, Cleveland Sand these wells were drilled to 7,000’ with 8 bit, picked up directional tools to build cure. Drilled and cased curve with 7” csg. Finished out lateral section with 6 1/8 bit Picked up and ran packers and ports on liner hung liner w/ 150’ of over lap. Set liner perform push pull test release out of liner pull out of cup and displace hole w/ 4% KCL water. Theses wells were Drilled In the Texas & Oklahoma Panhandle. Using water & Oil base mud. To measured depth of 12,500 To 16,500’.

2010 - 2011

Devon Energy

Position – Drilling Consultant

Supervisor – Mark Kramer 405-***-****

Duties included: In charge of all well site operations, daily drilling reports, daily costs, material transfers, tallies, including directional drilling, working stuck pipe, running and cementing casing strings, coring, fishing, wire line & logging and other special operations. Maintain accurate record of all tubular and tool demensions internal and external diameter, fishing neck and serial numbers. Make sure IADC daily drilling report are filled out correct & accurate @ the end of each tour. Hold pre-tour safety meeting with tool-pusher, driller, drill crew, and service hands. Compile well data for engineering dept for future use. Assured that all safety procedures were taken through out the job site.

Theses wells were Woodford Shale Horizontals the lateral section was 8 and Drilled to a measured depth of 18,500’ to 20,500’. These wells were in El Reno & Gary Oklahoma. Using Oil base mud with weights of 13.6 to 14.0 # gal. on lateral section.

2006 – 2009

Whiting Oil & Gas

Position: Drilling Consultant

Duties Included: In charge of all well site operations, daily drilling reports, daily costs, material transfers, tallies, including directional drilling, working stuck pipe, running and cementing casing strings, coring, fishing, running and hanging liners, wire line, logging & other special operations. Maintain accurate record of tubular and tool demensions, internal, external fishing neck & serial numbers. Make sure IADC daily drilling report is filled out correct & accurate before signing. Hold pre-tour safety meeting with tool pusher, driller, drill crew & service hands. Assist tool-pusher on the planning & organization of the rig move. These Wells Were Co2 Injected Wells. We Drilled Producers And Injectors With Water Base And Calcium Carb Mud. These Wells Were high loss circulation, as wells as 9.8 saltwater flows, Co2 & gas are encountered while drilling in these areas. These wells are Marrow Sand wells drilled to a measured depth of 6,400’ in the Oklahoma panhandle. Also drilled S- Curve Multi Lateral high angle Directional Wells F/ Whiting Oil & Gas in Rifle Colorado, drilled with self -walking Gray wolf and Ensign drilling 3000 HP Top Drive Rigs.

2003-2006 Winter Mud Company

Position: Mud Engineer

Duties Included: Checking Mud on Several Drilling Rig’s on a daily basis. Making recommendations on Treating Drilling Fluids, writing daily mud report for company rep, kept track of inventory, spotted pills, worked loss circulation, also working with water based mud, Oil based mud, Polymer mud & Starch mud’s, Lime base mud, Calcium Carbonated mud, Synthetic Hydrocarbon mud’s & Weighted mud’s as high as 16 # a Barrel. Working in Texas, Oklahoma Panhandle, And Kansas. These areas are High Loss Circulation areas, Co2 Injection Marrow Sand gas wells. Experience with Co2 injection & Sour gas wells. Also keeping up with Daily Inventory, keeping costs down & compiling well data for Engineering dept.

1999-2003 Abercrombie RTD

Position: Tool pusher

Duties Included: Supervise drillers, drill crew, and service hands, Maintain accurate record of tubular and tool demensions, internal and external diameter, fishing neck and serial numbers, tallies, bha, solids control equipment, mud mixing equipment, pumps and motors, working stuck pipe, running and cementing casing strings, coring, fishing, picking and laying down tubular and drill collars, and service hands tools. Make sure that the IADC daily drilling report is correct and accurate before 6am. Hold pre tour safety meeting with driller, drill crew and service hands. Plan and organization of the rig move, ensuring that all safety precautions are adhered to & that all tasks are carried out in timely professional manner. Maintain ton-miles record as well as rig safety inspections, including but not limited to eye wash stations, fire extinguishers, aerial lift, h2s, scba, fork-lift safety, ptw, cpr, bfe, safe track and rig pass, harness and lanyard conditions, and record inspections in accordance with OSHA. Kept inventory of parts and supply’s, ordered when necessary. Oversee drilling rig maintenance, operation & Repair.

1998-1999 Cheyenne Drilling Co.

Position: Driller

Duties Included: Hired and supervised crew, planned out daily procedures, trained personal operated rig and monitored hole conditions, tallies, accurate record of tubular demensions internal and external diameter, fishing neck, and serial numbers. Make sure that IADC daily drilling report is filled out accurate and correct after my shift. Hold pre-tour safety meeting with the tool-pusher and crew, service hands when present. Assist in rigging down drill rig and moving to new location. Kept rig and location clean & organized.

1997- 1998 Val Drilling Co.

Position: Assistant Driller

Duties Included: Some of the drillers duties, mostly responsible for mud pumps and solids control equipment, BHAs, tallies, and rig equipment. Also keeping mud treated as recommended by Mud Company.
