Work Responsibilities And Activities

Detailed Engineering for Instrumentation, Telecom, Electrical & Control disciplines.

Review of all contract related technical documents and co-ordinate with client in resolving technical issues.

Preparation of deliverable list as per scope of work.

Preparation of I,E&C engineering deliverables including Specifications, data sheets, Instrument Schedules, I/O schedule, Cable Schedule, Instruments’ Mech. & Elect. Hook – Up Drawings, Instrument Location Drawings, Cable Tray Drawings, Cable Routing Layout, Control System Block Diagrams…etc.

Assisting in development of P&ID.

Preparation of I&C Material Requisitions and specifications for Instrumentation, Metering system, Back bone telecommunication system,Control Systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC), ESD, F&G System, Leak detection system, Intrusion system,SDH, Microwave, CCTV, Access control, Data Network system, PABX, Telephone Systems, Switches, Fiber Optic equipment’s, Radio Communication, Wired and Wireless Communication systems, Cables and Accessories…etc

Conversant with ISA, ISO, etc, international code standards.

Tank Farm consists of nine Crude oil floating tanks, New Pipe Line 30” 100 Km from Ras Issa station to Jetty ghab Deknaw storage area, Two diesel tanks, Two water tanks, Three booster pumps with control, Three shipping pump with control, Residential buildings, Control room building, administration building, shipping & Booster pumps building and fire station building, Workshop, ware house, Labolatory and guard house complete with all instrumentation required for tanks management, Tank guaging system, Metering System, F&G System, ESD system, CCTV, Intrution System and Metal detector, Fire Alarm system, Telephone systems, Sound system, PAGA System, VHF/UHF System, SCADA System, SDH back bone system and Fiber optic cable.
