Working with STPA SARL in Cote d` Ivory As a Plant Manager ( Plant Head) from April 2016 to October 2016
STPA SARAL it one of the leading Manufacturing of Natural food colours in that Annatto ( Bixin,Norbixin and annatto Oil) is main core product it is controlled by SKADA soft ware in this plant my roles is erection and commissioning of the plant and production activity controls. I am the head of the plant. Extract the food colour with different solvents like Ethyl acetate Hexane, Chloropharm and Ethanol.
Worked as a Manager production in M/S SRIPRABHA LIFE SCIENCES, from May -2015 to March 2016.
I Manufactured the Natural and spice products with Ethanol and hyro alcohol solvents here my position is plant head controls day to day of all production activities. Manufactured Bacopa, senna extract, Curcumin -95%, E100 grades, and other standard herbal extracts.
Worked as a Manager production & projects in M/S NISARG BIO SCIENCES from Jan 2013 to April 2015. In Nisarg Bio sciences it is a Natural Division of Vivimed Group. Manufacturing of Different formulations like Boswellia serata-90%,shiljit, soapnut, mucuna,coleus…etc capsules syrups & Tablets etc. Here I constructed the new plant for below mentioned products.

Preparation of formats and regular checking of the formats as per the production activities.
Make sure that premises and equipments are maintained properly and records kept.
Involved in QA Activities including preparation of SOPs, SSOPs. Review of Batch Production Records, involving in cGMP Training etc.
