Job Profile:

Handling day to day accounting activities, various reconciliation activities and Maintenance of books of accounts in TALLY.

Handling Receivables and Payables, Preparation of Receivable and Payable Statements, Sale Invoice, Purchase Invoice and generating Reports like Purchase Report, Sale Report, Receivable and payable Reconciliation, Financial Report, Leave and attendance Report etc.

Banking related Work and follow up: Issuing of Cheques / Transfer of Funds / Clearance status, Bank reconciliation etc

Supervision of the day to day back office operations, coordination with staff and the top management.

Resolving employees queries (related to Salaries, Leaves, and accounts) in coordination with corporate office, whenever necessary will also handle office administration.

Preparation of Profit & Loss Statements and Finalization of Balance Sheet with management and analyzing financial Ratios.

Calculation and payment of Government dues like Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, VAT and Sales Tax and also filling of Statutory Returns with Government Authorities.

Compliance of ROC related work like filling of Financial Statements ( Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account, Directors Report, Auditors Report ) and other statutory documents and compliance of provisions of Companies Act’ 2013 along with other law and regulations applied to the Company.

Preparation of project reports and other Finance related documents.

Co-operation with Statutory Auditors and handling Investigating Authorities like Income Tax, Service Tax and Sales tax Authorities providing necessary documents and answering queries.

Assisting Registration and incorporation of New companies, Partnership, Trust and registration with Service Tax and Sales tax Authorities. Work Experience:-

I have work experience of around 7 years in different companies.

4 years and 5 months in SABD & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, Bhubaneswar (From July’ 2012 to till date)

1 year in Blue Heaven Developers, a Partnership Firm dealing with Real Estate activities in Bhubaneswar.

1 year and 6 months experience in A.K. Chawla & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi in the year 2010 and 2011.

Educational Qualification:-

Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

(ICAI) in year 2010.

BCOM from Sambalpur University in the year 2003.

CHSE in the year 1998.

BSE in the Year 1996.

Technical Qualification:-

Completed ‘O’ Level course.

Well versed with Tally ERP9.

Experience in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point and Internet etc. Personal Details :-
