Role: Data Analysis

Transitioned a segment reporting process from yearly to quarterly disclosure. The engagement analyzed data requirements for the model calculation process in cross functional teams to capture the data dictionary and develop control check lists for a scheduled release process.

Insurance: Embedded Value (EV)

Automated the EV calculation process by documenting the current process and proposing a design solution for capturing policy information from source-to-target and EV calculator. Auto Financing: Service Fee Remediation

Built and developed a team of +33 client and KPMG project personnel in the successful execution to remediate at risk auto contracts identifying deficient fee language. Treasury: Internal Account Controls

Created a consistent model for managing the Treasury LOBs Internal Demand Deposit Accounts (IDDAs). Effort was focused on completing a current state assessment of process and establishing tools to automate process efficiency and timely expedition. Wealth Management: Online Portal

Role: Technical Project Manager

Managed off-shore development and delivery of Online Portal application for the Wealth Management sector. Responsibilities included: requirements gathering, creating and maintaining project plan, cost estimates, resource loading, application design and management delivery of the site. Worked closely with clients through the analysis, design and build lifecycle of the site to insure delivery excellence.

Federal Reserve: Check Processing

Role: Project Management Office

Managed three check processing offices in their consolidation process. Responsible for developing a Capacity Analysis Model for each receiving office and worked with the PMO to monitor and manage activities on a weekly basis.

US Bank: Online Adjustment Tool

Role: Technology Manager

Led a requirements gathering and validation effort for an online adjustment tool commissions system for the equities group, performed the role of design and development lead for an off-shore development team in the detailed design, development, testing and implementation of the adjustment tool. Responsible for set up of development / testing environments and making sure the time lines were met, redesigning the systems data model to support regionalization and the new commission adjustment application.

European – Wealth Management: Online Banking Portal

Role: Software Developer

Responsible for the development of a prototype utilizing all components of the technical architecture, which consisted of BEA WebLogic, Java, JSP, XML, XSL, Oracle, Gauss as the content tool and Abaxx. The prototype was used as a proof of concept and code sample for the rest of the development team. Developed a tool to facilitate and maintain all code values used in the application for various languages. Detailed Designed and developed several functionalities of the CSPF application, which included the Member Registration, Contact Email and User Administration.

Resource Allocation System: Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) Application

Role: Software Developer

Designed and developed ASP pages utilizing Kana eService as the platform for the CRM system. Responsibilities included designing a UI for a large section of the application including Post Sale activities and Contact/Employee Profiles. Developed a new financial interface to the existing system (Oracle Financials). Developed and debugged ASP pages and Visual Basic COM Objects to facilitate a timely release of a very large application with a very tight time frame. Technical architecture was ASP, Visual Basic, COM, MS Sequel Server, IIS, VBScript and JavaScript.

US Department of Housing & Urban Development: Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC)

Role: Software Developer

Developed dynamic web pages using Cold Fusion, Transact-SQL and JavaScript languages to meet functional requirements. Verified and validated all exit criteria using component test scripts, and system requirements documentation. Proposed a complete Technical Architecture for integrating handheld computers with the Enterprise system. This proposal addressed the business requirements for maintainability, scalability, data integrity etc. It included an object-oriented design for future growth, a small footprint database for local data storage and a mechanism to synchronize corporate data to remote users. The proposal also included research of other architectures that dealt with data transference and storage including the feasibility of XML as a potential solution.

Port Authority of NY & NJ: Ground Transportation Information System (GTIS)

Role: System Administrator

Maintained the production environment by getting rid of a particularly damaging computer virus for the GTIS Application. Documented the process of how to build a GTIS workstation from scratch, including an operating system load and configurations of the application.

Bell Atlantic: Service Order Analysis Control (SOAC)

Role: System Tester

Tasks included a full understanding of the functionality of the application. Created test scripts and tested those scenarios for two major releases of the SOAC interface application and documented results. Also involved in coding batch programs in C, SQL queries and created several Korn shell scripts for test script creation. I assisted in the transition process of new members to the team in understanding the SOAC application.
