ØMonitor at the time of Receiving. Original Documents along with Supply.

ØEnsure Security Register and Inbound register to be updated.

ØEnsure Labeling Information of all products to be clear and legible as per PFA and quality norms.

ØEnsure that proper stacking, housekeeping & pest control procedures are followed in Warehouses.

ØProperly maintaining of stock such as stacking, FIFO control & Best before Date.

ØCoordination with Replenishment Team for scheduling of material receiving on daily basis.

ØChecked on daily basis GRN report & ensure material received & Put away complete in System within 48 hrs.

ØResolving all GRN related issues such as mismatches in MRP/PO/EAN/Article No. Cross Checking Stock Put Away & ensuring 100% Put Away Completion and ensure all Material kept on correct location with their correct quantity in respect of book quantity.
