My attached resume contains a snapshot view of my work history. What is does

not say is who I am and my view on production, quality and the workforce.

The last 22 years I have dedicated my career on the simple quote "Conformance to

Requirements" My positions have always contained requirements. I have always seen this

As requirements have been the path and conforming to the requirement the journey.

I have been lucky enough in my career to have worked with individuals who knew Ed

Deming and really believed in his philosophy. This was how my career started. Then I was

lucky enough to be surrounded by piers who lived TPS. I was able to study Continuous

Improvement with Toyota and bring these philosophies to our industry.

Most engineering requirements are set by design. Some can be adjusted to meet life on

the production floor. I have become I have been told a master of brining the worlds of

engineering, procurement and production together and see the common goal of

meeting the customers requirement.

I'm very excited to have the opportunity to bring talents including TPS, Deming, Kiazen,

As my resume indicates, I possess more than 22 years of progressive change driven
