Accomplishments

-Created comprehensive installation instructions necessary to upgrade 400+ new blind cutting machines in all different locations using third party employees with varying technical skills. This includes but not limited to the successful execution of all ordering, kitting, delivering, and scheduling of work to be completed in 400+ locations.

-Successfully integrated over 60 different parts into the metal injection molding (MIM) process for new and existing customers. This would include the purchase, design, and procurement of part tooling as well as all secondary operations necessary to achieve part design within print tolerance and the systems necessary to deliver the same product with each order.

-Redesigned and reconstructed a home improvement project to maximize the space limitations and cosmetic defects within a home thereby increasing its net value by $125,000. The cost of investment was less than $20,000.

-Successfully managed Project Budget for the design, purchase, installation and debugging of equipment for the L6/L5 (GMC Envoy/Chevy Trailblazer) aluminum truck engine program. The budget assets cost exceeded $50 million.
