Boeing– customer visits on site were based on phone appointment, or face-to-face. Outside of Boeing Customer visits were scheduled and communicated internally. All customer communications were appropriately scheduled and flawless.

Quality – special request such as first articles, OTD, SOW, Procedures, certification process or other quality or test articles required were handled with due diligence from inception and checklist all prior to arrival review.

Bay Cities Engineering, Design and Innovation Company 2013-2016

Executive Plant Manager to direct all general Production operations and direct customer support with a direct report team of 20+ managers and sr. managers. Worked as part of an executive leadership team and responsible to Lead several departments, Pre-production - Engineering/Planning, Production operations, Inventory,, Maintenance, Purchasing, Cost Accounting, Methods Engineering, Scheduling, Shipping/Receiving. Manage P&L, support EBITA results, budgets, employee reviews, hiring, terms and other HR related activities. Worked closely with COO, CEO and daily and weekly communicated with Finance for NR and Recurring associated items.
