Provide training and explanations to customers and subordinates on all DwC product line issues and applications. Analyze all functions and features of existing and new products in DwC and evaluate acceptance by customers. Carried out 6 Refracturing jobs using expandable Refrac liners and compared results with alternative methods of production enhancement such as:

Use of chemical diversion techniques e.g. Particulate Diverters

Refracturing through mechanical means such as frac sleeves and sand slugs

Refracturing through coiled / jointed tubing

Squeeze-Cementing all existing perforations and re-perforating

Running slim-hole liner with external packers and perforating Completed work on the development of 4 1 4” and 3 1 2” expandable liner systems for high pressure fracking inside the 5 1 2” and 4 1 2” production base casings. Carried out modification of patches to include high pressure high temperature patches inside all production base casings.

Accomplishments: - Drilling

Help develop Rotational solid expandable liner to help operators manage challenging wellbores by:

Redesigning liner shoe nose

Redesigning liner connection to improve torque capacity

Redesigning expansion assembly

Adding expandable centralizer to liner

Reducing chance of differential sticking by reducing contact area Worked on the development of mono-diameter (same drift) open-hole liner (OHL) systems; Open-hole clad (OHC) systems for both 12 1 4” and 8 1 2” liner sizes. Worked on the development of “Drill & Drop” system to drill in the expandable liner in challenging wellbores making use of retractable cone. Worked on the development of 17” expandable liner system for 23” base casing for deep water application for a client in the Gulf of Mexico.
