Utilize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Principles to develop Work Breakdown Structures.
Meet with subcontractors as required obtaining updates and recovery schedules.
Update and maintain project schedule information data such as progress, manpower budget and project performance on an as needed basis.
Provide oversight for the integrated project Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule, monitoring project milestones and inter-dependencies between sub-projects.
Analyze variances in schedule performance against the baseline schedule and communicate reasons for variances to relevant management entities.
Interface with owners, project management team and subcontractors to proactively develop solutions to project schedule/resource planning issues.
Compile schedule reports as needed to communicate schedule status comparing actual performance with planned performance, using earned value.
Prepare manager for internal and external meetings providing backup documentation, data analysis, and reports to assist in the management of the project and dissemination of information/reports/deliverables to the PM and client.
Incorporate changes into the control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against the project in order to maintain realistic schedule plans and baselines.
