2015 – 2016 Introduced g61 & suspension fertilizer in market.

2011 - 2013 A team leader and coordinated the construction of new factory, warehouse and offices and also coordinated relocation of people and equipment.

2010 Automated the production documents processing by configuring the bill of materials into the companies ERP system.

Reduced the distribution lead time from four days to one and half days through revising th e route plan for all the distribution assistants.

Introduced the hourly production tracking system that improved the processing time for the products by 20%
