Utilizing Talent Acquisition Management, plans, organizes and develops employment programs to meet the manpower needs of Memorial Hospital's 4,500 employees. Assists with the creation of job descriptions and salary requirements for all levels of employment. Develops statistical recruitment and planning strategies for assigned positions; manpower is gaged based upon the number of employees needed to staff the various departments of the hospital. Meets with managers on a monthly basis and directors on a quarterly basis to discuss process improvements and time and communication management procedures.
