WORK EXPERIENCE:

INTEGRICO COMPOSITES CO. (2015 – 2016), MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR: Sarepta, LA

DUTIES: Consisted of, but not limited to Supervising 29 employees in the areas of production, shipping & receiving, and maintenance. Responsible for maintaining a consistent flow of raw material to ensure the necessary output of finished parts. I established a daily reporting system to encompass every aspect of the production process, to ensure proper accountability for all parts. Performed weekly/monthly wall to wall physical inventory reports for overall part accountability. I assisted in establishing all necessary guidelines for quality assurance, quality control, work orders,production planning, and scheduling. I initiated job performance appraisals in order to facilitate additional training when necessary and assisted in establishing JSA’s and SOP’S for each area of manufacturing to ensure a successful start-up.

Red River Army Depot (2007 – 2015)

CONTRACTING OFFICER REPRESENTATIVE (COR) Camp Stone, Herat Afghanistan (2012-2013)

DUTIES: Consist of: monitoring the progress and performance of all assigned contracts in accordance to the guidelines established by the PWS, SOW, QAP, and the contractors internal SOP, or JSP. Perform monthly audits for each assigned contract to verify that the contractor has performed the technical, and management requirements of the contract in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications. All completed documentation from each monthly audit is submitted to that assigned GTPR as required and any unsatisfactory performance and/or correctable deficiencies are verified. All files including: LOTD’S, PWS, SOW’S, appointment letters, all audits performed including the end results, All MFR’S, and all contract modifications, are maintained for immediate reference.

DUTIES: Included, but were not limited to: providing support to the MRAP mission, performing all technical aspects in the inventory management program on the basis of practical experience, and familiarity with supply operations, missions, procedures, and regulations. Maintained active DA Form 1687 (Hand Receipt) at all necessary supply points: Class I, Glass II, Class III, Class IV, and Class IX through JDC, SSA, or GSA. Analyzed requirement forecast for rebuild programs, operating supplies, submitted by planning personnel for organizations by applying established guidelines, methods, and techniques. Reviewed requirements, schedules, and current stock level/status. Initiated all supply replenishment actions from commercial or national supply points, while taking into consideration possible problems involved in supply channels. Such as long lead times, administrative time in processing supply documents, and previous knowledge of delivery history of various items.

U.S. Steel (Lone Star Steel); Lone Star TX. (2004-2007), DEPARTMENT MANAGER: Rolling Mill Department

DUTIES: Include, but were not limited to: Rolling Mill Manager. Maintained a department, which consisted of four Supervisors, and seventy-five hourly employees. Responsible for all areas of Quality, Production Management, Production planning, work schedules, manning, along with all sequences of operations for subordinates. Established deadlines, and priorities based on general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the production manager. Determined the effectiveness of production schedules to meet orders submitted, while taking into consideration lead, and delivery times. Submitted budget request, staffing requirements, Developed Quality Control Performance Standards. Made formal and informal job performance appraisals. Reviewed job descriptions (JSA’s/SOP’s), for accuracy, making all necessary changes. Initiated a cross training initiative for each department, to improve overall operational efficiency.
