Attached is my resume detailing my work experience over the last 30 years. At the age of 18 I began working at a Semi Trailer manufacturer in Nashville Tennessee. About 4 years later I accepted a machine operator position at a Sheet Metal Fabrication Job Shop (Quality Ind.) I worked my way up to Lead Person, then Supervisor and finally Operations Manager within the 30 years I worked here. In the month of May 2015 I accepted a new Supervisor position at a coil processing plant making parts for two major automotive manufactures. Nissan and Toyota. During my career I have acquired a lot of training and knowledge of various key aspects of management and manufacturing. Most of which is outlined in the attached resume. Plant Manager – M ay 2016 to Present

Zwirner Equipment Co – H artsville, TN. Manufacture and build Stainless Steel Food Processing Equipment.

Responsible for all activities on the production floor including Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Responsible for procurement of all shop supplies, parts for customer orders etc. Other responsibilities are hiring, discipline, enforcing company policy, training, maintaining staffing levels, conducting interviews of new applicants, continuous improvement, and lean initiatives. Problem solving and troubleshooting equipment.

Manufacturing Production Supervisor - M ay 2015 to May 2016 Tottser-Iroquois Industries – Lavergne, TN. Manufacturing parts for the Automotive Industry. Responsible for producing parts for the automotive industry using Coil Fed Stamping Presses, coil handling equipment, spot welding and assembly. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery and cost. Other responsibilities are hiring, discipline, enforcing company policy, training, maintaining staffing levels, continuous improvement, and lean initiatives. Problem solving and troubleshooting equipment. The production activities include using stamping presses to process coil stock into parts for the automotive industry and several spot-welding work cells. I currently manage a team of 10 employees. This company is ISO9001 and TS16949 registered. Manufacturing Operations Manager - October 2011 to May 2015 Quality Industries, Inc. – Lavergne, TN, Manufacturer of parts and assemblies for the Heavy Truck Industry, Food service Equipment, and Electrical Enclosures. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling day to day activities on the production floor by supervising a team of Front Line Supervisors and helping them achieve their daily goals. Press Supervisor - June 1992 to September 2010

Responsibilities include supervision of thirty (36) employees in three departments (Punch Press, Pines Benders and Work Cells). Perform disciplinary actions, performance evaluations based upon policies, procedures and performance. Interviewed applicants and made recommendations to Manufacture Superintendent. My experience includes eleven (11) presses range in size from 50 tons to 600 tons. Supervision responsibilities cover coordinating activities of works engaged in fabrication and assembly of sheet metal product, applying knowledge of layout, product design, machine function, capacities and output. Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine the sequence of operations required. Requisition dies, fixtures and materials. Examines defective machinery or tooling to determine cause of malfunctions and reports need for machine repairs. Train workers in operation of equipment and inspection procedures.
