ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Production planning and shift scheduling.
Handling of production equipment as per process manufacturing records and standard operating procedure.
Manpower handling for production.
To meet the production targets and delivery as per the schedule.
Raw materials planning.
Preparing process control records, daily report and monthly reports.
Consumables planning for production.
Assembly child part control and planning.
Assembly line modification and new plan making for assembly & paint shop.
Trouble shooting and down time reduction.
Controlling and maintaining process parameters.
Improving the house keeping by implementing ‘5-S’ concepts in the workstation.
Conducting trails to improve cycle time reduction.
Controlling the rejection in paint shop.
Handling of paint mixing, Buffing, screen printing & sanding.
Coordinating with supply chain management and search for vendor to procure the Key starting raw material.
Proper Training will provide to production staffs with respect to process involving critical operations
To monitor quantity output of production on daily, weekly & monthly basis to take corrective &preventive action to improve it.
Authority of safety
Developing, implementing and monitoring of safety systems.
Ensure all Contractors, Sub- Contractors activities were being
compiled with approved HSE plan.
Ensure the implementation of (SOP'S) byoperatives.
Hazardous identification, elimination and control procedures.
Risk Analysis & Investigation of accidents.
Monitoring of Safety Work Permit systems.
Organizing Safety training and Safety awareness programs.
Conducting & Coordinating Safety Review & Safety Audit along with
client's Safety professionals.
Maintaining Safety records & accident Trends.
Handled safety concept, active and passive fire protection, F&G,
hazardous area classification, fire water system and fire pumps,
hydraulic calculations, safety equipment, escape routes, safety signs,
fire zones, dispersion and radiation.
Attending technical discussions with vendors, clients, consultants and
statutory bodies and getting approval of the final documents.
Project Management
Overall planning, scheduling and management of projects, ensuring
completion of assignments within time and budgetary parameters
compiling with EHS
Actively involved in planning for materials, developing vendors to
obtain timely procurement of materials and equipments to facilitate
smooth productivity with related to EHS.
