My main goal was to give the best possible care that I can give to all different manner of animals that came into our hospital. Calculated medications and administered them as well. Worked all hours of the day assisting in surgeries and monitored anesthesia for when the patients were under and gave appropriate CPR medications if needed. I was called or performed all blood transfusions, putting IV catheters in all legs plus jugular, and blood draws from all veins when needed. Also, performed exams, heartrate, respiratory, temp, etc.… I maintained the scheduling for all staff plus handled the training of all staff with Abaxis, Idexx, and Cornerstone and the care of all patients.
