Worked as a waitress in several restaurants in the hotel, responsibilities included setting up tables and work stations and decorating the buffet and getting guests to participate in festivities, and creating a positive guest experience, along with the normal duties of taking and fulfilling orders and cashing out the guests checks and insuring proper discounts, billing and gratuities. COMMUNICATION Customer service is all about communication, both with the customer and the team you work with. Being able to change situations from negative to positive and give the customer and experience that makes them want to return is my specialty. Kindness and professionalism are key in maintaining good customer relationships. LEADERSHIP As a member of the Kinkos-FedexKinkos- FedexOffice team allowed me many opportunities to lead, in training and daily example of commitment and service. Also, gaining the trust and commitment of customers requires leadership. If a customer knows that you are personally vested in making their business better, your business with them will grow.
