Developed a report to segregate and display the Debit Memo’s and the corresponding accounting documents, amount receivable for the two companies APP & ABI.

Solvay which operates in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Plastics constantly reviews and modifies its SAP systems to keep the systems and processes up-to-date, fulfilling all current requirement and specifications. Regular system maintenance, Major and Minor enhancements, bug fixes and mini projects form part of this Project and the requirements are specific for each of the functional areas. Cognizant provides the required assistance services for Solvay Knowledge Centre (KC-SAP) to plan, executed and complete all required tasks.

Contributions:

Developed a report to calculate and update the productivity factors of the Finished Products in the Classification View of the material master. The report also had the option to be scheduled in the background.

Developed the Goods receipt label in SAP - Scripts.

Uploaded Handling Units data from Legacy system which involved calling of sequence of transactions (MB1C, VL32N, LT03, VL32N, HU02, LT09) - BDC's and BAPI's were used for the upload.

Developed a report in the Solution Manager which lists the missing Transport Requests in the Development tab of a Particular Business Process Step (BPS).

Developed LSMW objects for various Objects like Customer Master create, Change etc.

Almost 30 000 people, 2 650 of them in research, apply their talents daily to satisfying the Group’s 160 000 clients.Solvay Pharmaceuticals intended to rollout SAP ECC 5.0 in 11 countries across Europe through the offshore / onsite model. Cognizant will be rolling out SAP.

The objectives of the project is to roll out SAP in both Functional & Technical areas using Cognizant’s onsite/offshore delivery model under Project ALLIAGE WAVE 2

Involved in the upgrade of SAP Scripts to ECC 5.0 for Delivery, Packing Lists, Billing and Order Confirmation. Around 20 forms in 5 languages were maintained in the above areas.

Upgraded and modified the print programs for delivery, billing and Order confirmation as per the client requirements.

Output Routines for controlling the Print outs.

Implemented User-exits for various scenarios - like performing authority check for users while creating Vendor Master.

In addition to the above mentioned developments, I have been involved in Code Review, ABAP Translations, using Solution Manager for updating all the necessary details related to the DRS.
