Summary

I have been in the mortgage lending industry for many years. I have done everything from originating mortgage loans, underwriting, regulatory and compliance to making GNMA and private label mortgage backed securities. By being in the mortgage lending industry for many years I have the ability to provide several aspects of business from sales to operations, but my specialty is underwriting. I provide additional services such as underwriting, Pre – underwriting (Ghost underwriting), Quality Control Review, secondary marketing, training, teaching and many more additional back office tasks.

By being an underwriter for many years my experience and knowledge has benefited myself as well as the companies where I worked. I have worked based on my many years underwriting experience. I also have experience in situational (“equity based”) lending which has helped investors including myself to receive substantial returns on investments.

I also have assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in helping them in obtaining federal indictments on individuals who have committed fraud against other parties and lenders. I also testified as an expert witness assisting in obtaining convictions on numerous people.
