Background Summary: Daily support for C-Suite executives (CEO/CIO/CTO, Vice Presidents, Directors, General Managers and Board members) at several nationally and internationally-known organizations; liaison and support to direct reports; departmental teams; clients and others as needed to include:

- Maintain daily calendars to include scheduling of meetings/conference calls

- Review, distribution and follow up of all incoming mail; determine importance; distribute to others within group as appropriate

- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls as necessary

- Response and resolution of situations during executive’s absence

- Compose correspondence on behalf of executive

- Preparation of spreadsheets used to track success of various programs, processes, budgets, expenses

- Preparation and composition of presentation materials for meetings

- Assist with and assume responsibility for a variety of projects as needed

- HR-focused programs: development, launch and maintenance of ongoing employee programs (Training and Development, Employee Recognition, Wellness, etc.)

- Assist other departments within organization during absence of other Assistants

- Coordinate meetings, both on-site and off-site, to include provision of meals, travel needs, AV equipment requirements, over-night accommodations for attendees, etc.; attendance and support at same

- Event planning including preparation, attendance and support at: trade shows, information booths, large (250+) corporate-driven employee development programs, job fairs; booth build-out; collateral and promotional materials; set-up

Contract Administrator:

- Responsible for the administration, budgeting and financial aspects of government contracts
