ROLE: Global Enterprise Architect

WPP is the parent company of almost 170 Advertising and Media based companies. In my role as Enterprise Architect I led large analytics projects focused on accelerating finance tranformation, increasing bottom lines and workforce productivity, reducing operational costs and enhancing regulatory compliance through solutions built on SAP HANA. Responsibilities:

WPP started the IT Transformation Program in 2014 and I was leading architecture initiatives to frame the Reference Architecture and the target Operating Model for all WPP Operating Companies

Slashed hosting cost by 40% by removing all on premise hosting for close to 10 global enterprise applications
