I have worked in various positions and work environments for over fifty years.
I have learned to successfully put together my work life with my home life. As a veteran and other jobs that I have held, I have lead others, supervised projects, prepared reports and been an active participating team member.
As an example I have served in the military, worked as a chef, case administration for the federal courts, legal assistant, Lane County Courts docket clerk, supervisor at Sony Disc Manufacturing, computer operations for Emporium and lately a home care worker among other positions.
I have also actively participated on hiring and firing teams.
Though I have a disability, your open position is a great fit for me. I sincerely look forward to contributing in advancing the goals and objectives of our Department of Veterans Affairs.
