I have served in the classroom eight years as a teacher and as an instructional specialist at the college level for three years. I now work as an instructional designer after recently completing a M.Ed. Program in Instructional Design and Development at the University of Georgia, Gwinnett Campus. I am proficient in Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and PowerPoint. I would like to work as an instructional designer to apply adult learning theory to instructional design models to produce elearning courses utilizing technology and media tools in order to enhance performance outcomes in today’s learning systems. My previous background includes mainframe computer programming, production support, customer support, and technical documentation.
