As a Store Manager my responsibilities consist of inventory control, shrink provision, customer scheduling, and P&L knowledge. I am also responsible for store standards and being seasonally correct with plan-o-grams. I have to ensure that the store is customer ready at all times. I use CCTV to observe and correct any training issues with my employees or to assist with customer issues.

As an Assistant Manager my responsibilities consisted of inventory control, shrink provision, customer scheduling, and P&L knowledge. I was responsible for store standards and handling most of the customer issues. I supervised anywhere from 75 to 100 people at a time.

As a cashier it was my responsibility to smile and greet customers and give them a speedy checkout. As a Bagger it was my responsible for bagging the items and taking it out to their cars.

COMMUNICATION
I conduct 10 to 15 meetings with my hourly supervisors to inform them of any current changes that have occurred. I conducted scheduled hour meetings once a month with our hourly employees to make sure I can address any issues and keep them all current on changes in polices and store standards.
LEADERSHIP
I showed leadership while conducting potential new hires with training material and examples of what may occur in the position they interview for. Also, in the termination of employees I address every issue at hand to ensure that the employee knew the reason for the termination. I push customer service the leadership by putting customers first and ensuring my hourly supervisors and employees did the same.
