Nature of Work:-
Sales order promising & Processing-Receive orders provide from customers, promise dispatch dates, release customer orders, dispatch (Delivery Challan -Invoicing) and shipping. Acknowledge all orders as required and ensure customers are kept informed of any changes against any order (i.e.) products availability.
Identify and advise demand of any abnormal demand and potential orders, actively support the sales functions with information as required. On receipt of abnormal demand order, to co-ordinate with demand planner/customer for revised promised date and simultaneously communicate to Sales Team.
Customer complaints – (both Commercial & Technical) are logged through correct system and actively progressed and processed with Chief Financial Officer/ Head of Operations/Managing Director/Technical Sales Managers

Payment Collection – Responsible for regular follow-up with dealers and direct customers for payment, discuss with CFO on day-to-day basis on payment terms.
