October 2012 to date Volkswagen Financial Services Mexico Corporate Project Management Officer; in charge of managing, balancing and prioritization of the project portfolio, including Strategic, Legal & Compliance as well as Optimization projects for all partner companies within VWFS MX. In charge of implementing the Project Management Office, develop the methodology for Project Management, and the methodology for Risk and Budget management within projects.
