(Mechanical Engineer 1-Permanently Employed)

-Operations classroom training for five weeks where knowledge on the ammonia manufacturing process along with equipment uses and purpose were studied in detail.

-Worked in the operations department for ten weeks where the theory learnt was applied along with understanding operator’s role and purpose in greater detail building a stronger relationship with members in the department.

-Assigned to taking weekly vibration readings on the respective rotating equipment and analyzing the data as well as submitting the weekly reports.

-Placed in the maintenance department where daily routines concerning preventive and corrective maintenance procedures were carried out.

-Assigned contractors to work on repairs during plant shutdown

-Worked on developing scope of works for various tender projects and conducted several site visits with contractors.

-Developing troubleshooting skills on every machinery failure alongside lead technologists.

Aquarius Pools Ltd (June – August 2012 and June – August 2014)

I worked under the supervision of the team leader. Knowledge was gained on double horsepower pumps, sand filters, and industrial water heaters.

Powergen (July – August 2013)

I worked under the Maintenance engineer where I was assigned daily task. I was taken onto the plant during Corrective Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance procedures under the guidance of the senior technicians.
